7 November 2025

Hello,

I try to publish nozza news around lunch time on Fridays, but I’ve only just got round to sitting down and writing this newsletter. I like to imagine you guys sitting and reading it on your lunch break ready for the weekend, but hopefully you can find some time to read the newsletter this evening, or tomorrow morning with a good cuppa. The days are getting shorter but that doesn’t mean the news is drying up, this newsletter if full to the brim of goodness and quite a lot of foodie updates hitting the streets.

As always pass this on to your pals, share amongst your community and of course support our locals. (& please give this a little love on the like button.)

Best, Al x

It’s gifting season…

Ok gang, I know we’re edging closer to the dreaded C word, so I wanted to let you know in good time that we have a few things you might like to buy as treats for yourself, for pals or loved ones.

  • Firstly, is our community cook book, NOSH. Last year we published a community cook book which went behind the curtains and into the minds and homes of local restaurant owners, chefs and readers of nozza news. The publication is full of hearty stories and even heartier food. We just sold the 100th copy which means only 50 copies are left before NOSH is sold out forever.

  • Second, is our collaborative print with Joshua Paul Works, an ode to Anglia Square. I teamed up with local artist Joshua to produce an A3 Risograph print to commemorate the much loved building, this also a limited edition print of 30. Just like the building, once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.

  • Third up are our nozza totes, these are all black heavy duty cotton totes with a custom blue embroidery featured on the front. Big enough to fit your life and your lidl shop in.

  • Last but not least are our Hotter Than Colman’s print, now I can’t take any credit for these, they’re designed and printed by local legend Rizzo Studio and I have a few in our web shop ready for you to declare the truth proudly.

Now, as a special treat pop in this code NOZZANEWSFOREVER for 20% off, the code will only be live for 48hrs, and only available to you, our nozza news readers.
