Who's Where at the Norwich Lanes Fayre

11 July 2025

Hello,

Yes, I am writing this from a wildly hot studio and just making it through, probably like most of you today, we can do this. Only a few more hours till the weekend, and what a weekend it will be! This newsletter is going to be a little different to the norm, I’m just going to focus on all the great things happening this weekend in Nozza. It’s a big one for the city, with the Lord Mayors Procession on Saturday and then the Norwich Lanes Fayre on Sunday, so this is hopefully going to be a handy guide for your weekend to make sure you don’t miss out on the good stuff. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks with usual posting and a newspaper to boot, oh and keep an eye out for an exciting shop launch.

As always, pass this on to your pals, share amongst your community and of course support our locals. Best, Al x

Ok, so the Norwich Lanes Fayre is this Sunday, from 11 - 5pm it’s running over a fair few streets and organised by Norwich Lanes. Here’s a quick run down of what you can anticipate to find in each part of the city. You’ll find tonnes of market stalls the whole way down St Benedicts Street, there’s a mix of foodie spots, artists, makers and local businesses peddling their wares. Bridewell Alley is where you will find anything arty, they’re hosting artists and their stalls on the street, it’s also quite nice and shady down there so might be great to wander down to cool off. By the Maddermarket will be specifically vintage, hosting vintage clothing stalls. The theatre will also be open for you to grab a drink and have a rest. Pottergate & Charing Cross will be a foodie spot, there will be lots of food stalls, drinks and a DJ, so good vibes it sounds like. There’s also music and food on Bedford Street and St Gregory’s Green. I’m sure all your local fave shops will be open for you to have a mooch around too.

Thats the admin out of the way, now onto the good stuff…

Surprise! Come see me on Sunday…

like too!)
